Hello Party People,
Hope you're enjoying Cinco de Mayo!!
I got my CT scan for my knee today at the military hospital. Hopefully the results help my surgeon see exactly what to fix once he gets inside my knee.
I was feeling kind of bad for myself because of all my knee problems (this is my fourth surgery) but then I saw all the amputated soldiers on the hospital grounds.. it was really sad. A lot of them are my age or even younger. It made me really thankful that at least I can still walk.
Sorry to end on a bummer. Support our troops!
CT scans are interesting.
ReplyDeleteI got one a couple months ago, strange how they work ;o
Yes, its always good to be grateful for the things you can still do.
ReplyDeleteGood luck! Hopefully it's something they can easily repair for you! +follow
ReplyDeleteIts weird that technology has progressed to the point where we can literally SEE INSIDE A KNEE with computers

I have had 3 Operation on my right knee and the 4th on my left is comming soon
I'm always supporting the troops. It's the least i can do
ReplyDeleteGoodluck with the results man
ReplyDeleteIt is sad. I'm sure you know better than I do, but they say the big problem now is new medicine and practices are saving more lives, but on the flip side it is leaving more people disabled. Alive, but messed-up
ReplyDeleteBest of luck with your knee, I know that joint problems can be really disabling. At least you have a positive perspective about it. I always feel for amputees. I can't imagine how they feel.
ReplyDeleteKnees suck to get injured! all the best
